MT. VERNON – SSM Health Foundation in Southern Illinois is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Dr. Jean M. Modert Scholarship, created to support excellence in health care education and advance the development of the future health care workforce.

The Dr. Jean M. Modert Scholarship provides financial support to current employees of SSM Health in Southern Illinois, and to current students pursuing degrees or advanced credentialing in a health care field, with particular emphasis on nursing and allied health professions.
