MT. VERNON – The United Way of South Central Illinois is accepting donations now through Monday, May 26, to support those affected by last Friday’s tornado south of Marion.

You can drop off cash donations at the United Way office, located at 123 S. 10th St., Suite 202 in Mt. Vernon or click here to donate online. 

Plastic totes and working gloves are still needed for cleanup.
