MCLEANSBORO – A man wanted on six warrants in several counties including Clay, Hamilton and White County was arrested by McLeansboro Police around 9:40 Friday night after meth was found in the vehicle he was driving after being stopped for expired registration in McLeansboro.

Police identified the driver as 20-year-old Isalah Deem of Rinard. He was found to have warrants. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office assisted McLeansboro Police with the stop and found meth in the vehicle. It was recovered.

Deem was taken to the White County Jail due to the warrant holds.
