MT. VERNON – The Mt. Vernon Fire Department will continue fire hydrant testing, weather permitting, Tuesday through Friday of next week.

Testing will be done primarily north of Broadway from 1st Street to 12th Street and South of Broadway from 1st Street to 4th Street.

Testing can cause discoloration in the water supply in the area being tested.
