MT. VERNON – SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital is proud to announce the completion and opening of its newly upgraded cardiac catheterization laboratory (cath lab), marking a major advancement in cardiovascular care for the region. As the only cath lab serving nine counties, this investment brings life-saving technology closer to home for thousands of residents.

The upgraded cath lab features cutting-edge imaging and interventional equipment, allowing for faster diagnosis, more precise treatment, and improved outcomes for patients experiencing heart attacks and other cardiovascular emergencies.
