WEST FRANKFORT – West Frankfort’s annual Old King Coal Festival gets underway Thursday and runs through Sunday.

There will be a midway with rides and food, live music and more including the Coal Miners Memorial Service Saturday at 10 a.m. and the Old King Coal Parade at 2 p.m. Saturday.
