BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.

Thirty-three-year-old Robert Z. Montgomery is wanted out of Franklin County for forgery (petition to revoke pretrial release). He was last known to be living in the Benton area. 

Thirty-five-year-old Samuel T. White is wanted out of Franklin County for obstructing identification. He was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area. 

Forty-year-old Jarod W. Cobb is wanted out of Franklin County for possession of a controlled substance. He was last known to be living in the Carterville area.

If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as they could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
