NASHVILLE (WMIX) – A 22-year-old Nashville man is in the Washington County Jail pending a pretrial decision on charges accusing him among other felonies of a home invasion that resulted in injuries.

According to court records, Wyatt Goza is charged with Class X felony home invasion causing injury.

Goza is additionally charged with Class 2 felonies for aggravated domestic battery involving strangling, attempting to disarm a police officer and aggravated battery to a police officer.

The Washington County State’s Attorney’s Office has filed a motion to detain Goza until trial, but no other information has been released at this time.

At the time of his Tuesday arrest, Goza was on probation for a conviction last year for battery stemming from a large fight in Nashville that saw Goza and two others arrested for battery and mob action.
