MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023.

Dekeithre Moore, 32, of Cahokia Height was arrested for Possession of Cannabis, Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon and Illegal Transportation/Possession of Alcohol by Driver on Dec. 17, 2023 in the area of North Halfway Road and Safeway Street.

Amanda Wright, 27, of Bethalto was arrested for Possession of Cannabis, Expired Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Dec. 17, 2023 in the area of North Halfway Road and Safeway Street.

Angela Wagner, 37, of Zeigler was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines on Dec. 16, 2023 in the area of North Madison Street and East Boulevard Street.

Nathan Clendenin, 38, of West Frankfort was arrested for Manufacture/Possess Adulterants, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Expired Registration on Dec. 14, 2023 in the 1800 block of Bittle Place.

Lonnie Mathenia, 58, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Dec. 17, 2023 in the 200 block of South Future Street.

John Bassett, 42, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place on Dec. 17, 2023 in the 900 block of West Main Street.

Fabian Burgos, 18, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft in the 1300 block of Enterprise Way on Dec. 15, 2023.

John Underdown, 61, of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place on Dec. 17, 2023 in the 100 block of North Madison Street.

Oliva Lopez, 18, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Damage to Property and Violation of an Order of Protection on Dec. 14, 2023.

Zachary Lorden, 20, of Carbondale was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Dec. 14, 2023.

Christopher Wilson, 50, of Marion has been arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on December 17, 2023 in the 200 block of South Future Street.

Jordan Gibbs, 32, of Pittsburg was arrested for Theft/Possession of Stolen Property in the 1900 block of The Hill Avenue on Dec. 15, 2023.

Nathaniel Hopkins, 49, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Dec. 16, 2023.

Jerry Dunning, 25, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Cannabis and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Dec. 17, 2023.
