MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Monday, July 17, 2023.

Cairra Farr, 25, of Marion has been arrested for Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on  July 7, 2023 in the area of Melanie Ln. and Fifth St.

Anthony Shadowens, 33, of Goreville has been arrested for Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of a Stolen Firearm and Illegal Possession of Weapon by a Felon on July 13, 2023 in the area of W. DeYoung St. and N. Court St.

Raymond Marshall, Jr., 38, of Herrin has been arrested for Home Invasion, Domestic Battery, Theft and Fleeing to Elude Police in the 2200 block of Nichole St. on July 13, 2023.

Thomas Bischof, 33, of Du Quoin has been arrested for Illegal Possession of Ammunition without a FOID Card on July 13, 2023 in the 900 block of W. Main St.

Quincy Walker, 47, of Murphysboro has been arrested for Illegal Transportation/Possession of Alcohol by the Driver and Felon in Possession of a Weapon on July 14, 2023 in the area of Folgers St. and N. Fair St.

Timothy Besix, 33, of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Battery on July 14, 2023 in the 1000 block of E. Griggs St.

Darryl Rayford, 30, of Mounds has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property on July 16, 2023 in the 200 block of S. Monroe St.
