CARBONDALE – A Carbondale man known to be a subject of interest in a death investigation that happened on Morning Glory Road in rural Williamson County late last month has been apprehended.
The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office reported Tuesday that Thurman L. Wade was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to the case for Aggravated Battery/Great Bodily Harm after an extensive search by investigators and other law enforcement partners.
Deputies were called out just before 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29 for a report of a residential burglary in progress. Upon deputies arrival, they found a man who sustained injuries. The man was taken to Memorial Hospital in Carbondale where he was pronounced dead.
The sheriff’s office said the incident was not a random act.
