UNION COUNTY (WQRL) – A crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle happened Thursday morning in Union County.
According to Illinois State Police, the motorcycle driver was ejected from the motorcycle and flown to a regional hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said around 11:30 a.m., a motorcycle was going west on westbound Illinois 146 just west of Refuge Road and attempted to pass several vehicles.
Another vehicle, which was the lead vehicle, attempted to make a left-hand turn and was struck in the driver’s side with the front of the motorcycle, causing the motorcycle driver to be ejected.
The driver and passenger of the lead vehicle reported no injuries on scene.
