(IOCI RADIO) – Gov. J.B. Pritzker announced a more than $34 billion six-year state transportation plan.
The plan will be the state’s largest investment yet, addressing 2,500 miles of roads and nearly 10 billion square feet of bridge deck, the governor said.
Additionally, money will be utilized for railway safety projects and targeting areas with a large number of crashes.
