WEST FRANKFORT – The City of West Frankfort is gearing up for the annual Old King Coal Festival.

This year’s event is set for May 12-15 in downtown West Frankfort.

There will be a midway with food and rides and free live music, a parade and more including the Coal Miners Memorial Service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 14.
