HARRISBURG – The City of Harrisburg will hold its Memorial Day Celebration May 31 at 10 a.m. It will be held at the “Little Arlington” Memorial located within Sunset Lawns Cemetery in Harrisburg.
“Each year the City of Harrisburg, different community members, the Daughters of the American Revolution, Sons of the American Legion, and American Legion are proud to work together to be able to honor the Veterans of Saline County,” a release from the city stated. “This momentous occasion comes as the 2nd Celebration at the newly rehabilitated “Little Arlington” memorial.”
A free spaghetti luncheon provided by the American Legion, located at 600 E. Logan St. in Harrisburg, will follow the service for veterans, their families, and first responders.
Social distancing guidelines and masking requirements are asked to be followed as appropriate.
