Bi-County Health Departments Preparing for Public COVID Vaccinations in March

MARION – The Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department is tentatively preparing to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to the public beginning in March.

In a post on their Facebook page Monday, the health department said “officials currently anticipate that it will be at least March before vaccination beings with the general public.”

Currently vaccinations are being administered to healthcare workers, EMS employees and those in congregate care settings such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
