West Frankfort Schools Returning to Full-Remote Learning Friday

WEST FRANKFORT – The Frankfort Community Unit School District #168 is set to return to their full-remote learning plan Nov. 20.

The district continue with its hybrid, in-person learning plan Tuesday through Thursday. Then, beginning Friday through no earlier than Jan. 11, the district will return to its full-remote learning plan.

“As we did before throughout our Remote Learning Days, faculty and staff will be working from their classrooms at our schools each day that we have school to put together and conduct these remote learning sessions,” Superintendent Matt Donkin said.

He added student work during remote learning will be graded and attendance and participation will be tracked.

Donkin said the district will continue to post updates on its webpage as it reintroduces its remote meal distribution along with other reminders in the days ahead here.
